Return and Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 5 business days after you have received the items.  For a full refund the items must be in their original unused condition (cannot be worn, altered, or resized by another jeweler other than Ikeda Pearl).  We will refund you the full purchase price excluding shipping, handling and insurance. 

In order to receive a full refund of the items you MUST insure the items at the full purchase price when shipping it back to us.  If uninsured we are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.  If items are lost, uninsured, altered or damaged, you will be liable for payment of the full purchase price.  To avoid damage of the items, please use well-padded packaging.

You will be charged a $12 restocking fee for any returned items that are sent via our free shipping method.

Any ring that is resized from the original size of 6, will automatically be charged $40.  The resizing fee from the original size of 6, is non-refundable.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment after we have received and inspected the items.
