Shipping Information

All shipments are sent from our Los Angeles, CA office.  We do not ship international orders via our website, only within the US.

All our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  If you wish for your items to be shipped via USPS Express Mail, you will be charged a shipping fee of $30. 

Once an order has been received and signed for by you, Ikeda Pearl is no longer liable and the item is no longer insured.  All items will require an adult signature for receipt. All items are insured by Ikeda Pearl when shipped to you at no additional cost. We do not cover insurance fees for items that are returned to us.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the items have been processed and shipped by our staff.
